Just used them today to do my family's laundry who live nearby. It was great. The employees were nice and helpful. The price was reasonable, and the clothes came out as expected. Will definitely use them again. For reference, they had different machine sizes so price depended on that. The biggest was like $10 for one load, but I am sure you can fit a whole house in it. The one I used was $6 and I could fit 2 large black garbage bags full of clothes. The dryer was 25 cents for 5 mins, so about $1.50 for 30 mins. They also had a drop off option for $1.50 a pound. That can add up but still cheaper than some other places I checked out which was about double.

The Laundry Room was a very pleasant surprise i had no idea it even existed i needed to help my daughter with laundry and I googled laundromats near by and I came across the Laundry Room. I checked the reviews and I have to say that what the reviews said it was true. The Laundry Room was very clean & spacious the machines were great they washed the clothes really great and the drier dried the clothes on one try i didn't have to keep adding quarters to dry the clothes. They have a on duty attendant to help you with questions and supplies if you need them. The children's area is awesome i saw some children enjoying it. Over all I had a great experience at the Laundry Room

Traveling and stopped here to do some laundry as the ratings were the best. Very clean facility. All the machines were being actively wiped down top to bottom. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. Pricing is great for size of machines, and dryers work efficiently. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time at The Laundry Room Orlando, and Claudia made the experience exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through everything, made sure I had what I needed, and delivered the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. Claudia truly goes above and beyond, and it made my first visit smooth and stress-free. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Claudia if you want top-tier service!

After a somewhat terrible experience, the owner personally reached out to me and took the time to explain what had happened. He acknowledged the situation, clarified that there had been some miscommunication on both sides, and sincerely apologized. I was genuinely impressed that he took full responsibility and made the effort to address everything directly. Even offered a very steep discount/credit for next time. That level of accountability is rare and truly appreciated. The way the situation was ultimately handled speaks volumes about the business. Customer service 10/10. ⭐👏

Good place to do laundry. Clean, reasonable price, all machines work very quiet. Even has area for kids to play. Highly recommended.
